A film that focuses on a breadwinner and his family, serving as a tribute to the unsung heroes who carry the weight of their loved ones' dreams on their shoulders.. It’s hard to explain how I felt watching the film, but kudos to the cast and crew of the film, and I want to thank those who wrote this masterpiece. For me, it’s an eye-opener for Filipinos that working abroad away from family is not easy, especially when your entire family depends on you. As an OFW myself, I could say that some of the scenes where Vice is in Taiwan are true. Although I didn’t experience it myself, some of my coworkers would work day and night just to support their families, and it breaks my heart every time. I hope Filipinos will one day understand that OFWs are not your ATMs. Their money is not unlimited, and their future is not promised either. Visas can expire and end at any time, and if that happens, who would be there for them?
